"KATRINA!" I screamed, jumping off of Cami and sprinting to my long-lost sister.
She let me tackle her to the ground, hugging me back. After a few minutes of laughing and hugs, we got up and looked at each other. SO this is what I look like without a mirror, and with longer, thick brown hair. Her eyes were bluer than mine too. We hugged again, jumping up and down, and then walked to my waiting friends, and Malfoy.
They were all looking at us, jaw's dropped and eyes wide. We laughed.
"Guy's, this is my twin sister, Katrina." I said gesturing to Katrina, who did jazz hands.
"T-There's two!" George exclaimed. Fred and him grinned at each other, causing me to roll my eyes and for Katrina to laugh.
"I never knew-" Cami started.
"You never asked!" I yelled.
"It's not like i'm gonna be like, 'Hey Cass, by any chance, do you have a twin sister?'"
I rolled my eyes. "Well, you should've."
She threw her hands up is exasperation. I laughed.
"Okay, are you going to introduce us to her?" Ron said asked impatiently.
I nodded. "Karina, these are my friends Fred and George, Cami, John, Mark, Hermione, David, Neville, Ginny, and Seamus. Oh, an that's an annoying git named Malfoy."
Katrina laughed at the last part, making Malfoy red. I smirked at him and he glared.
"Why is he here then?"
I rolled my eyes. "A dude named Snape cast a binding charm on us, because we're both Slytherin's and we don't get along."
"I know!" I exclaimed.
"I'm still here you know." Malfoy growled.
"Sadly." I said sarcastically. He glared and I made a puppy dog face at him.
"Hey, I forgot to tell you, check it out." Katrina said, pulling out her Hogwarts robes and pointing at the badge. It was a Slytherin badge. I gasped, squealed, and hugged her. She laughed and hugged me back.
"You know what, we never even heard a thing about your family, and when we ask you, you change the subject." Seamus said. Katrina and I looked at each other, then back at the others. We slipped on masks, grinning at them.
"Never thought about it. I really don't know what to say. My family is pretty basic." I said.
"LIES!!!! ALL LIES!!!!!!" someone screamed
I blinked. What the hell was that? What was even stranger, no one else seemed to here that bloody scream. How could they possibly miss it?
"YOU BLOODY LIAR!!!" someone screamed in my ear. I jumped, wincing at the ear-splitting shout. Hermione looked at me, furrowing her brow.
"What's wrong Cassidy?" she asked, causing everyone to look at me. My jaw dropped. Did she really ask that after that shout? Anyone would freak out.
"Are you seriously asking that?" I said.
She cocked her head. "Um, what do you mean?"
"You mean..... no, I couldn't have been...." I said. A voice cut me off. A voice I recognized. It was the wolf's voice.
"Only you can hear me, Cassidy." it said. "And see me."
Suddenly, the dark-silver wolf appeared on the bed in front of me, next to George. It's eyes were the moon and its teeth the stars. It was grinning at me, mocking me.
"You think you're crazy?" I mentally agreed, knowing that if I agreed out loud, everyone would freak.
"You are mistaken, my bell. I am your soul, your conscience; in other words, i'm your guardian angel." it said, its voice silk.
'I'm a wolf in my soul?' I thought. It nodded, its grin disappearing. As it's face relaxed, then moon turned into diamonds.
"Everyone is something in their soul Cass, you're just a braver soul." it said.
"Cass, what's up?" Cami said. I looked at her, then at the wolf, and back at her.
"Nothing, just zoned out." I said. I turned to George. The wolf was still behind him. I needed to cover up what I was looking at, so I said, "Nice shirt."
He smiled and thanked me, fingering his bright red shirt. It was actually pretty nice. The wolf smiled approvingly, and as I moved out of the infirmary with everyone else, it followed. I guess this wolf was now my buddy, right?
"Yes. I won't leave unless asked, but I always come back eventually." it said, answering my thoughts. I smiled a little.
'Will you answer every question I have?' I thought.
"Yes." it said.
'Even for tests?'
It laughed, panting. "Sure."
I grinned. Wicked.
