{(WARNING! SELF HARM MENTIONED!!! REEEEEEE)}
Anna walked to school, like every other day she was a bit late... she got to school as soon as the locker bell rang, then cought up with her friends in the band room. "H-hey g-guys!"
Anna always had a slight stutter, but there wasn't really a reason or cause for it, she just stuttered. It especially got bad when she was around her parents, teachers, or strangers. Although, when she was around her friends it wasn't horrible... The main reason she stuttered saying those words was because she had recently cought feelings for someone in her friend group. She had 8 people in her friend group; Rylan, Gina, Lizzie, Braden, CJ, Travis, Ayden, and her.
"Heya!" Ayden replied. He was usually the first one to answer. He was an extrovert in a group of introverts. He was a leader in a group of followers. He was talented as well. He didn't really belong in the group of losers. He was friends with popular people, yet he chose to hang out with them... Sometimes it hurt Anna to know that they were holding him back...
"Hai!" Lizzie replied. Lizzie was really self conscious... Although she was really good at some things she never would admit it... Lizzie and Anna were really close and when they started middle school, they only had eachother... When one of them had a problem the other would help, and Lizzie was the only one who knew about Anna having a crush on someone...
CJ waved to her. He was really nice. Anna's brother and his twin sisters were best friends. Every month they would go to the roller skating rink and hang out. It was kinda like an annual thing and it wasn't until a few months earlier they started inviting their other friends.
"What's up asshole!" Rylan said, decently loud. Rylan and Anna were also really close. They had uncountable secret nicknames for eachother, one of which was, in fact, 'asshole'. They also fought the most...
Travis was next just acknowledging Anna's existence by smiling a bit at her. Travis and Anna were not really friends... he honestly scared her a bit... He was the one who knew that she had been cutting. Anna was scared of him because he could tell people. He could tell anyone in the school. Then what? She would be a freak? She would have no one... Anyway, they both know things about eachother that could make people hate them...
Braden was next. He just kinda looked at her and back to the ground. That was new. He usually said 'hi' or something... Oh well, Braden was weird. No one knew alot about him other than he didn't really talk alot.
Last but not least was Gina. Gina was Anna's best friend. Although Gina didn't know that Anna was cutting, she was close to finding out on multiple occasions. Gina was an amazing friend and was kind of like a sister to Anna. When they had sleepovers they set aside at least 20 minutes just to tell eachother what was wrong in their lives at said point in time, and there was always something wrong...
(A/N: okay, what did you think of this chapter? It was mainly a description of the characters, but I'm trying. These are, in fact, real people. It's based off of me and my friend group. I'm being honest with all of this by the way, so please don't hate too much... Anyway, I'm going to be changing some of the events for plot purposes because, ya know, the hanahaki disease is fictional... Anyway, that's all I can think of momentarily, have a good day/night!)
