So these are both sleep and non-sleep methods. I could put them into two chapters like I did before, and I will if you guys want, but for now I’ll just have them all mixed together. Also, the twentieth one (tenth in this chapter, but twentieth overall) is one that I sorta came up with. It could already be made and I wouldn’t know because there’s so many methods that I don’t know of. I also got an idea of it from somewhere, but I don’t remember where. If someone recognizes this as an already made method, then let me know and I’ll change it on here!
Anyways, on with the methods!
First Method.
Non-Sleep Method.
𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position where you won’t want to move so quickly.
- Visualize yourself on a train that’s heading to your DR.
- Affirm for as long as you can/want. If you can, affirm while doing the rest of this method, but some people can’t focus on that and affirming, and that’s okay.
- Look out the window of the train and visualize scenes from your DR playing out. Try to feel like your getting closer and closer to your DR as you see these scenes.
- Once you feel like you’ve arrived at your DR, open your eyes and you’ll be there!
Second Method.
Sleep Method.
𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐍𝐈 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position. Make sure you won’t get uncomfortable too fast so you can resist moving easier.
- Imagine that you’re physically in your DR. The pillows, blankets, sheets, etc., are in your DR! Feel it, as if you were actually touching them. (If you’re not waking up in your bed in your DR, then obviously you don’t need to feel the pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. You just need to feel whatever your waking up on.)
- Constantly affirm and visualize your DR until you fall asleep.
- When you wake up, you should be in your DR.
Third Method.
Non-Sleep Method.
𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position, where you won’t feel the urge to move.
- Imagine yourself in an elevator, where it’s going up to your DR.
- In between each floor, affirm.
- Imagine each floor is a different scene from your DR. Really try to visualize and imagine it.
- When you feel like you’re there, get out at that level.
- Visualize yourself in your DR body and when you feel like you’re there, open your eyes!
Fourth Method.
Sleep Method.
𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position.
- Imagine yourself sitting against a tree in a field. Maybe add some flowers or streams. Maybe some trees in the distance.
- Visualize someone important from your DR running past you, and follow them.
- Run after them for however long you need to, but don’t catch up to them.
- After some time, they will jump down a rabbit hole, and you will follow them down.
- Fall as long as you want, and as you fall you should start to feel some symptoms of shifting.
- Once you’re ready, you will see a white light under you growing as you get closer, until you fall out of the rabbit hole into a white room with a door and a table with a key on it.
- Pick up the key and open the door once you’re ready.
- On the other side of the door should be your DR. Go through the door and close it.
- If you will be waking up in bed, go to bed where your DR self is laying and ‘melt’ into them. If you will be waking up somewhere else, do the same thing but in a different place. Like if you will arrive in the middle of the woods, imagine your DR self laying on the ground of the woods and ‘melt’ into them.
- Fall asleep (both visualize it, and actually fall asleep in your DR) and when you wake you should be in your DR!
Fifth Method.
Sleep Method.
𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position.
- Put something over your eyes (a piece of cloth, a bandana, an eye-mask, etc.) then put on some white noise.
- Close your eyes and visualize walking up to your DR self.
- Visualize yourself merging with your DR self, and becoming them.
- Once you’re done with that, you’ve become your DR self and you can fall asleep.
- When you wake up, you should wake up in your DR.
Sixth Method.
Non/Sleep Method.
𝐓𝐄𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay comfortably in your bed with no distractions.
- Visualize yourself at an afternoon tea party with your DR self. Spend time with them, talk to them.
- Once you’re done with that, tell your DR self that you have to go home.
- Stand up and hug your DR self, and as you do you should melt/merge into them and become one.
- Fall asleep if you want, but you don’t have to. If you fall asleep, you will wake up in your DR. If you don’t fall asleep, open your eyes once you’re sure that you’re in your DR.
Seventh Method.
Sleep Method.
𝐅𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position with no distractions.
- Visualize yourself in a dark room (first person), then visualize yourself falling quickly. As you fall it should get lighter.
- Visualize your DR bed with your DR self in it below you.
- As you get closer, you should be slowing down.
- Once you get close enough, reach out for your DR self as if reaching for a hug.
- Hug your DR self and merge into them. Become one with them.
- As you become one, you start to glow. Your energy grows stronger.
- Fall asleep, and when you wake up you should be in your DR.
Eighth Method.
Non-Sleep Method.
𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in your bed with no distractions. Make sure you are in a calm state of mind.
- When you’re relaxed enough, imagine an energy surrounding your body, getting stronger and stronger.
- Start visualizing your DR and start saying your preferred affirmations.
- When you feel ready, imagine your consciousness leaving your body by climbing a rope that leads to your DR. Imagine climbing it until you reach a portal. For example, this could be the door to your DR bedroom.
- Go through the portal/door, and imagine your DR self is sleeping there (in a bed, or wherever else you will wake up).
- Visualize your consciousness entering your DR body and taking over.
- Stay there and visualize yourself actually being there until you feel your surrounding change or you’re sure that you’re in your DR.
- Open your eyes and you should be in your DR!
Ninth Method.
Sleep Method.
𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃:
- Lay down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
- Imagine that you’re in your CR bedroom and there’s a key on your night table/dresser/desk/etc.
- Pick up the key, and you’ll see a small door in one of your walls open.
- Behind the wall is a little crawl space. Enter and start crawling through it.
- While you crawl, start visualizing your DR. Imagine different scenes from it and you should start to feel symptoms of shifting.
- When you feel ready, visualize another small door ahead of you. That’s the door to your DR.
- Go through the door, and when you do, you should be in your DR bedroom (or wherever else you’ll be waking up in).
- Imagine your DR self is asleep in bed (or wherever else you’ll be waking up). Get into the bed and melt into them. Become one with them.
- Go to sleep, and when you wake up, you should be in your DR!
Tenth Method.
Non-Sleep Method.
The Car Method.
- Be in a moving car. Not the driver, because then you’ll crash and that wouldn’t be good.
- Close your eyes and imagine yourself be in the same car but going through a dark tunnel.
- When you feel the CR car moving, imagine that that’s the car you’re visualizing is the one moving instead. When you feel the car turning, the car in your mind is turning, too.
- Affirm while you do this, and when the car arrives to your destination, so does the one in your mind (or if you’re ready, it could be before the car in your CR arrives).
- Visualize the car in your mind getting out of the tunnel and arriving in your DR. See your DR self laying wherever you stopped at, and lay down where they’re laying.
- Melt into your DR self until you feel your surroundings change. When that happens, open your eyes and you should be there!
The car method might not make much sense, but I hope it makes enough sense that you can figure out how to use it if you want.
Don’t be disappointed if you don’t shift yet! You could get super close for a few nights in a row while seeing a bunch of angel numbers and still not shift (*cough* *cough* me *cough*), but you will still shift! It just takes time! YOU WILL SHIFT!!!
